Using media – interviews with activists and journalists


How can media be used to promote the abandonment of FGM? 

That was the question raised by AIDOS on September 28th when they organized an online talk with activists and journalist Charity Resian Nempaso, co-director of the film Against All Odds, and Mariya Taher, co-founder and US executive director of Sahiyo. Both use radio, video, reporting, and storytelling to tackle FGM. The webinar was  moderated by Céline Fabrequette. If you missed it you can watch it below.
